This program aims to strengthen women’s NGOs by developing a space for mutual learning and exchange of experiences among the executive directors of NGOs operating in rural and local areas, and by supporting collaboration.

The project aims to strengthen the leadership, participation, and climate change adaptation skills of women herders in the targeted soums, while also contributing to the implementation of national and local livestock and herder-oriented policies and plans.
