Rural Women Leadership Program
We are implementing the Rural Women Leadership Program with the support of the Women’s Fund Asia from 2024 to 2025.
Project goal
This program aims to strengthen women’s NGOs by developing a space for mutual learning and exchange of experiences among the executive directors of NGOs operating in rural and local areas, and by supporting collaboration.
As a result of the 2024 implementation, 19 women leaders participating in the program deepened their understanding of feminist concepts and movements, learned from each other and exchanged experiences within the framework of organizational management. In addition, participants emphasized that it was very important that during the implementation process they were able to review the activities of their organizations, make necessary changes, and expand cooperation with other CSOs at the local level.
